The Ranemaker Institute (from Bend, Oregon) is bringing one of their most popular diversity & leadership training workshops to Eugene! This event is for anyone interested in fostering inclusion in their organization. Don’t miss the opportunity to send your team’s leaders or develop your own personal skills.
On September 12th, Rane Stempson presents:
Building Greater Inclusion in the Workplace: Understanding Unconscious Biases and Microaggressions and how they affect the workplace.
Research shows that even individuals committed to equality harbor unconscious biases and unintended microaggressions that impact everyday decisions and interactions. In the workplace, unconscious biases, stereotype threats, and microaggressions can mislead employers, both male and female, to make inaccurate judgments in hiring, project selection, performance reviews, and promotion.
This highly engaging, hands-on session will allow participants to immerse themselves in the research, assess their mindset, and understand how to implement strategies in their own organization to help employees, projects, and organization thrive.
**Limited tickets available. Register soon to ensure a seat.**
